Fulfill of her request

As requested by her
Just post my recent news here

The fatty so far
Lose 4kg nett.. almost...
After a more accurate test done
On 2 different electronic weight machine
Which i think that she scare to step on it.
First test is 71.3kg
Second test is 70.6kg
My weight measured at last time is 75kg
As u can see, second result show much accurate answer XOXO
So almost 4+kg i lose
Just in near 2 weeks time
With my own diet plan
Without need to exercise
And all u need is eat eat and eat

Period for this 4kg to breakup with me:
10days i guess??
Ingredient: 20 omega eggs, 20 pears, 10 tomatos
All finished yesterday

Preparation:
Wake early at 8
Slp at 12
3 meals a day

A)bfast: 8am
nasi lemak 1 bungkus,
1 soft boiled egg- plain egg
1pear
1 tomato
B)lunch: i eat at 11am
Rice with 1 portion of meat and 2 portion of veges
1 pear 1egg 1 tomato
C)dinner: 6pm
Same like lunch

The daily consume of fruits, veges, carbohydrate, vitamins, iron, zinc
Is key point to success in losing weight in such short period

Consistent eating time ensure yr body work at consistent time flow. allowing your body to Automatically knows the right time to "hungry"

Basically, the diet above needs heavy motivation to runs it. i sometimes felt sick of this diet, which i Extracted from Mens Health and convert to consumable-kamparian-style-menu.
We must get enough rest and vitamins for the daily usage, especially for this exam period where i Find students tend to tense up and giving up the healthy way of living due to exams.

Just remember,
No matter how much stress u having,
keep track on the diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not let benefit from exercise u gained,
lose to the food you consume from your mouth.

My thoughts for the diet:
oh well its sux to follow the diet, too many veges!!
we dun like veges!!
but for the result, i am satisfied,
and i will continue to do so,
maybe an addition exercise to enhance the result more.

p/s: the fruits and tomato is consumed raw. well, vitamins is lost if u cook them.
put some reds and fruits into your diet, it benefits u more.
The for the egg, the average consume is 2 eggs in daily basis.
But bear in mind that the yolk carries cholesterol.
We shall not take too much cholesterol in our diet, although we are young.
The way i solve this is: i suppose to have 14 yolks in 7 days, but i just take 4 from it.
The others either is small bite or recycle it. =P

~hell yeah~ i can lose my tyre if i want. =)
